The Catarino & Catarino, Lda were established in 1989 and has its head-office in the Village of Odiáxere and its office in Portimão, close to the Beach of Praia da Rocha. Has as its specialty the construction, repairing and remodelling of buildings and villas.

Its main aim is to satisfy the customers, through the offers of services and of products with quality, seated in the honesty and professionalism of the work group that integrates it.

The biggest volume of works is concentrated in the Barlavento Algarvio, namely in the municipals of Lagoa and Portimão and also in the Alentejo, municipal of Odemira.

Some are first and others second habitation, which ones have a point in common - the quality. Since 2000 the company has come to increase its volume of construction for sale, as much in apartments as in villas.

About 60% of the volume of the work is in fields of golf at the region of Barlavento Algarvio, namely Quinta da Boavista, in Lagos, Alto Golf, Alto Club, Penina, in Portimão and Carvoeiro Golfe, in Lagoa.
